Our Instructor Team is made up of a mixture of young, newer Instructors into the Industry as well as those instructors who have a bit more experience in life.  We value our team on being able to run a variety of different courses within our programmes, allowing us to help create that more bespoke package to you. 

A number of our Instructor Team, especially our Core-Leadership Team and Lead Instructors, all have an educational background and are still actively working with children in schools. This educational background has helped to support our motivation, ethos and vision in providing the best education to our clients. 

The experience, which our Instructors, bring to you, is the very best. They are actively involved in the Outdoor Industry and have a wide range of knowledge, guided by our Lead Instructors, to help you get the best out of your sessions.  

You may also see some of our Younger members, who form part of our Instructor Academy.  They're learning, gaining experience whilst also being out on activities, getting to actively participate in running sessions.
